The 2nd Annual SFMS Gala, "Getaway to the Junkanoo" was a big success this past May. Gala Chair, Anna Danes, along with her wonderful gala committee gals, outdid themselves. The decor was elegant and colorful and the ambiance (including live steel drum music) was very Caribbean! We had 182 people in attendance, including teachers, parents, grandparents and Alumni (who also helped with gala activities). The children were able to enjoy there own kids party, right here on school grounds, complete with a catered dinner, fun activities and a movie.

A BIG thank you goes out to everyone involved- because of your help, we raised over $41,000 for our school on this one night.
